Job description

A leading consumer streaming and digital product organization is seeking a Junior Design Program Manager to support its Product Design and UX team in Inglewood. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly and enjoys partnering across design, product and engineering teams to bring high-visibility digital experiences to life. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities across mobile, web and connected TV platforms. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative team working on premium digital experiences seen by millions of users. This is a temporary/contract role.
  • Location: Inglewood (hybrid; 3x per week; this is not a remote position)
  • Pay Rate: $65.00/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Support cross-functional product design initiatives from concept through launch
  • Drive timelines, project tracking, stakeholder communication and workflow coordination
  • Partner closely with Design, Product, Engineering and Research teams
  • Help improve team processes, rituals and operational workflows
  • Identify risks early and proactively communicate dependencies or blockers
  • Facilitate design reviews, sprint planning and launch readiness activities
  • Support design-to-development handoff workflows in Figma
  • Ensure alignment across multiple digital platforms and workstreams
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Design Program Management, Project Management or Design Operations
  • Experience supporting consumer-facing digital products
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with executive and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence or similar platforms
  • Experience with Figma
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows and product development cycles
  • Passion for digital products, media, streaming, sports or entertainment is a plus
