Job Summary:
Veterans Sourcing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Oracle Database Developer to design, develop, optimize, and support complex database applications. The role involves end-to-end development, performance tuning, documentation, testing, and production support in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Oracle database applications (PL/SQL, SQL tuning).
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs, estimates, and documentation.
• Perform new development, enhancements, maintenance, and production support.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests; ensure readiness for production.
• Collaborate with system architects and cross-functional teams; mentor junior developers.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry and internal standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle, database design, SQL tuning, and PL/SQL.
