We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and deliver clear, actionable reports.
  • Design, develop, and maintain databases and data collection systems to optimize data quality and efficiency.
  • Extract and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets to support business initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools and dashboards to ensure continuous data flow and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize information needs and support business objectives.
