Job Details:
The Data Integration Analyst facilitates seamless integration of software systems and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations. The Data Integration Analyst is responsible for implementing integration solutions, optimizing workflows, managing conversations, and providing technical support to internal teams.
Job Description:
This position may require the completion of an EPIC Assessment as part of the selection process. Applications will be reviewed first, and candidates selected to move forward will receive an email from the recruiter with assessment instructions shortly after applying.
This job can be performed out of any of the following campus locations: West Burlington, Fort Madison or Mt. Pleasant. Position will be onsite, with possible hybrid options in the future.
What you will do
  • Implement integration solutions for software systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide technical support to internal teams
  • Optimize workflows for enhanced system performance
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integration issues

Other Necessary Skills
  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing data, problem-solving, and effectively communicating solutions.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and their impact on technical solutions.
  • Skilled in managing multiple concurrent communication needs in complex environments.
  • Ability to track tasks, define next steps, identify owners, and hold others accountable.
  • Capable of coordinating activities and facilitating meetings with various stakeholders (vendors, subject matter experts, developers, and end users).
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and testing legacy data conversions.
  • Knowledge of data integration techniques such as HL7, API, SQL and flat file.
  • Strong skills in system analysis, database management, API management, and network protocols.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate
  • ITIL Foundation Certification

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
  • Epic certification in at least one module or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire

PREFERRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) related field
  • Experience with EPIC
  • 4-6 years Experience with API management and data integration tools
  • 4-6 years Experience in system integration and implementation
