Seeking a full-time Stockroom Clerk (Data Entry Clerk II) to support our Cafeteria department at Northwest Medical Center, located on 6200 N La Cholla Blvd.

Day Shift: Schedule to be determined and is based on the needs of the department.

Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk II is responsible for performing advanced data entry and validation tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of electronic records. This role involves higher-volume data processing, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and assisting in reporting functions.   • Ensures adherence to data security, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance regulations.
  • Uses advanced data entry tools and office applications, such as spreadsheet formulas and database queries.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred
