This role serves as a critical point of contact for financial systems support, issue resolution, and reporting needs across a global organization. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support the global financial management system, including coordinating ERP-to-HFM mapping updates and performing HFM administrative tasks as needed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and user support during month-end close activities.

Generate and distribute standardized financial reports and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests for business partners and finance stakeholders.

Support annual Outlook and Planning processes by coordinating issue resolution and assisting users throughout the planning cycle.

Aggregate, validate, and consolidate data from audit deliverables for reporting and analysis purposes.

Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams globally to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in projects that enhance financial reporting and systems capabilities.

Requirements

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and / or Finance.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic financial analysis techniques.

Experience with Oracle HFM and/or SmartView is preferred, but not required.

Familiarity with financial reporting systems, ERP platforms (Oracle, etc.), or financial consolidations is a plus.
