Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

General Experience Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of foundational experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core and C#.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
  • Familiarity with open-source libraries and frameworks


Preferred but not required:

  • Basic understanding of AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda). 


Overall Duties

The Junior Programmer provides essential development support for the modernization initiative, focusing on the practical application of .NET Core, SQL, and AWS cloud services to facilitate data consolidation and high-performance analytics.

  • Develop, document, and maintain software applications using .NET Core in alignment with industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Write, optimize, and debug SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to manage data within relational databases.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications within AWS environments.
  • Support the integration of disparate data sources and web services using standard API protocols.
  • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, unit testing, and bug fixing.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to implement open-source tools and maintain version control via Git.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
