Job description

·       Estimated Start Date:  16 Oct

Objective: Support the rapid, incremental improvement of the Client systems by participating in Agile software development and DevSecOps practices. Assist in defect resolution, feature deployment, and quality assurance to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Execute test cases for new features, bug fixes, and modernization updates within 3-week sprint cycles.
  • Document test results, defects, and improvement opportunities in management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) ensuring traceability.
  • Assist in scheduled and ad-hoc demonstrations to maintain real-time feedback loops.
  • Assist in structured engineering change control, ensuring all test results and defects are traceable to sprint or Kanban tickets.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Education – Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related STEM degree program.
