How do you get a coding job with no experience?

To get a junior coding position with no experience, focus on building a portfolio of projects, learn relevant programming languages, and gain practical skills through online courses or coding bootcamps. Internships, volunteering, or contributing to open-source projects can also help demonstrate your abilities to employers.

What are some common challenges faced by junior coding professionals during their first year on the job?

Junior coding professionals often encounter challenges such as adapting to new codebases, understanding established development workflows, and managing multiple priorities. These skills and qualities are crucial for writing reliable code, collaborating efficiently, and growing as a developer in a fast-paced tech setting.
