Required
• In depth knowledge in software engineering • 4+ years of UNIX environment.
• 4+ years of Web development.
• Oracle database.
• Web Services.
• Basic System Admin familiarity
• Excellent understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Must be a detail oriented, analytical and an independent thinker.
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.
• Responsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of local, network or internet-related computer programs for commercial or end user applications such as materials management, financial management, HRIS or desktop applications products. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming language and technologies. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Exercise good judgment within defined standards and guidelines in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and multi-task to meet critical deliverable dates.
• Ability to work as team player in medium to large team environments.
• Must strive for results.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows Applications including MS-Project, MS-Visio, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
