Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Type contracts and change orders.
  • Type monthly invoices, including lien waivers, sworn statements and other required documents. Submit for payment.
  • Project start-up and organization.
  • Maintain project files.
  • Type and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Submit shop drawings after being reviewed by the project manager, and distribute shop drawings once it is approved, for coordination reason request that the project manager provide a list of additional recipients of a specific submittal.
  • Maintain logs, including submittal log, RFI log, change estimate log and certified payroll log.
  • Gather subcontractor warranties per contracts and purchase orders and provide to owner.
  • Type letters.
  • Distribute documents as directed by Project Manager.
  • Assist Project Manager.
  • Back up receptionist with help answering phones.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing and organizing project closeout documents in accordance with contract documents.
  • Gets approval of time sheets, vacation requests, absence reports, etc. from Senior Project Coordinator and then submits them to Director of Projecting.
