As a Junior Attorney, you’ll often work on research, drafting legal documents, and supporting more senior attorneys on a variety of cases, which may include litigation, transactional matters, or regulatory compliance depending on the practice area. Client interaction is usually limited at first, focusing on behind-the-scenes tasks, but as you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, you may gradually take on more client-facing responsibilities such as attending meetings or depositions.
