We are seeking a talented and highly organized Bilingual Junior Paralegal ( English/Spanish) to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative support.
Job Overview:
In this role, you'll work closely with case managers to secure and finalize essential client documentation, assemble comprehensive case packets, and prepare clients for critical consular appointments. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, your work will directly contribute to building the strongest possible cases for our clients.
What You'll Do:
  • Client Onboarding: Process and finalize new client accounts within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
  • Document Collection: Secure all necessary documentation from clients within two weeks through an efficient collection process.
  • File Creation & Management: Create and organize client files in Filevine, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Records Management: Coordinate and manage external records requests, ensuring timely acquisition of crucial documentation.
  • Client Correspondence: Handle client communication efficiently and securely, adhering to established mailing protocols.
  • Case Assembly: Physically assemble case packets, complete final checklists, and ensure cases are mailed promptly.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and prepare clients for their consular appointments, helping them feel informed and supported.
  • Research: Conduct necessary research to support case preparation and strengthen case outcomes.
  • Process Adherence: Follow all documented processes, contributing to a streamlined and organized workflow.
