The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate finance and be familiar with issues investors face in complex restructurings.

As a Restructuring Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency. You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex restructuring and bankruptcy issues
- Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
