Madison Worth Architecture D.P.C. is seeking a talented Junior Architect or Architectural Designer to join our New York City office.

Madison Worth Architecture provides architectural services for distinguished private clients with exceptional residential projects. We collaborate with many of the country's leading interior designers, landscape architects, artisans, and builders to create elegant, timeless homes of the highest quality. Our offices are located in New York City and Palm Beach, Florida, and our work includes projects throughout New York, Greenwich, Palm Beach, Long Island, Newport, Nashville, and other select locations.

This is an opportunity to work on extraordinary custom residences where thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and meticulous detailing are paramount. As a small, highly collaborative practice, every team member is involved in all phases of a project - from concept design through construction administration - and works directly with senior architects, consultants, fabricators, and clients.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • 1–3 years of experience in an architectural office
  • Experience with high-end custom residential projects strongly preferred
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills (Revit experience is a plus)
  • Strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills
  • Interest in classical and contemporary residential architecture, interiors, and architectural detailing
  • A careful, curious, and highly motivated work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Produce design and construction drawings
  • Assist with highly detailed millwork, kitchen, bathroom, stair, and interior architectural drawings
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and specialty vendors
  • Review shop drawings and assist during construction
  • Participate in site visits, design presentations, and project meetings

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys residential architecture and wants to become an exceptional architect. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing beautiful, well-crafted work. In return, we offer the opportunity to work on some of the country's most distinguished private residences within a friendly, collaborative studio where mentorship and professional growth are priorities.

Please submit a resume, portfolio, and cover letter.
