Job description

We're a small Brooklyn-based architectural office focused on residential and commercial projects, and we're looking for a Junior to Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. Must be able to commute to our Brooklyn office. Local candidates only.

We're looking for someone who is motivated and eager to be part of a collaborative studio environment. We value people who are proactive, organized, visually strong, and excited to contribute meaningfully across a range of projects. You'll be trained to work on projects from start to finish, and take part in every phase of the architectural process, from early design through construction.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with preparation of client presentations
  • Drafting and detailing residential drawing sets for construction
  • Preparing drawings for Department of Buildings and Landmarks filings
  • Assisting with construction administration duties
  • Attending select site visits and construction meetings
What we're looking for
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Minimum education: Bachelor of Architecture
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Working knowledge of Revit and V-Ray
  • Strong rendering and visual presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Residential experience preferred, but not required
