Role Overview:
This Senior Technical Project Manager (Sr. TPM) role involves leading Scrum and Kanban teams, creating project plans, reporting project status to executives, and coordinating software releases. The successful candidate will support complex strategic technology projects, ensuring high-quality delivery with an emphasis on meeting product/platform deadlines and goals, all within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams, setting expectations and ensuring necessary resources and support.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Facilitate Agile processes, ensuring the framework is understood and correctly applied by the team.
  • Capture and utilize Agile metrics and feedback for continuous team improvement.
  • Monitor project scope to prevent scope creep and make necessary adjustments.
  • Coach and mentor teams, Technical Project Managers, and Product Owners on roles and responsibilities, providing training sessions and workshops on Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Required Skills:
  • Project Management discipline, methodology, and tools.
