RevTech Performance is seeking a Service Advisor / Extended Warranty & Contract Writer in Sterling, VA. This high-end automotive maintenance and performance shop offers a $40,000–$50,000 base plus $5,000–$20,000+ commission potential, Monday–Friday hours with no weekends, and training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and build strong, professional relationships.
  • Explain maintenance, repairs, performance work, and extended service warranties and contracts clearly.
  • Present services and contract options using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
  • Work with technicians and management to coordinate repairs.
  • Use Tekmetric and digital vehicle inspections to communicate service needs.
  • Learn automotive services, extended warranty programs, and contract offerings.
  • Develop toward a full Service Advisor and/or Contract Writer role.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, typing, and software use.
  • Willingness to learn automotive systems, services, and extended warranties/contracts.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day.
  • Coachable, accountable, and interested in professional growth.
  • Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
  • Hospitality, customer service, quick-lane, or junior advisor experience is welcome.
