Kelly Tractor CAT is seeking a Shop Foreman to help lead shop operations, coordinate technician workflow, assign repair work, support diagnostics, monitor repair quality, maintain safety standards, and communicate with service leadership.

Candidates should have strong mechanical knowledge, leadership ability, shop experience, and the ability to keep repair work moving efficiently. Heavy equipment, forklift, diesel, or equipment repair experience is preferred.
