Job description

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for July 6, 8, & 9 at their Corporate Health clinic in Crown Point, IN. Provider will see ages 6+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
