Job Title
Senior ASP.NET Web Application Developer

Overview / Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Programmer to provide application and web development support. This role focuses on maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing the website and related web-based systems. Will support existing applications, perform routine web updates, and help lead a website redesign initiative to improve usability, accessibility, performance, and user experience. The position also includes technical leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and knowledge transfer to internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and document web applications using ASP.NET and SQL Server
  • Maintain and support existing web applications and systems
  • Perform daily web updates, including content creation and edits
  • Participate in team meetings and design sessions
  • Help lead the website redesign project, including technical implementation and coordination with stakeholders and vendors
  • Collaborate with PR & Marketing, IT, and external partners on redesign efforts
  • Provide feedback on wireframes, navigation, and technical aspects of the new website
  • Create and update webpages based on provided templates
  • Support SEO and SMO efforts during the redesign project
  • Serve as a point of contact for CMS-related coordination and vendor collaboration
  • Provide website analytics and insights as requested
  • Post press releases, photos, policies, and other content to the website
  • Rework content for key pages ahead of migration to the new site
  • Provide timely responses to web-related requests and complete tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with security and data-handling protocols
  • Deliver knowledge transfer, documentation, training, mentorship, and guidance to staff
  • Attend scheduled meetings and provide regular project updates
