Job description

For those seeking the independence of a private practice, Urology Associates of Cape Cod is seeking a full-time, BC/BE General Urologist to join our established, independent, physician-owned group, the largest urology practice on Cape Cod. We are adding to our physician team as a longtime partner retires, with the volume, referrals, and capacity to support continued growth. The practice, the referral base, and the patient demand are already here.

Surgical & Technology Resources

Full surgical access at Cape Cod Hospital - with advanced urologic technology and modern facilities, including:

  • Robotic and minimally invasive surgery

  • Well-supported OR with state-of-the-art technology including da Vinci Xi, in-house Thulium Laser, Holmium (MOSES) Laser, Aquablation, GreenLight, transperineal biopsy

  • Office-based cystoscopy and ultrasound

  • Office-based MRI-fusion prostate biopsy

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday-approximately one OR day and four clinic days per week

  • Shared rotating weekday and weekend call; the urologist operating at the hospital is on call so that office time is protected; currently q5 call

  • Strong, genuine emphasis on physician autonomy and work-life balance

Candidate Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

  • Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure

  • Open to experienced physicians, fellows, residents, and upcoming graduates

  • Interest in broad-spectrum urology within an independent private-practice setting
