Job description

We are looking for a talented full-time Social Media Manager to grow our organic social presence and drive real results. You will own our social media strategy from start to finish, growing our audience, boosting engagement, and bringing in new email subscribers, all while keeping every post, story, and reel on-brand and visually consistent. Your work will help establish Coach Joe as the leading voice in coaching and training for ambitious real estate agents and teams, building a compelling personal brand that turns followers into loyal fans and clients.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who knows social media inside and out and is always up to speed on the latest trends and best practices. You have a strong eye for storytelling and know how to craft content that builds a personal brand people want to follow and engage with. You work well with others, communicate clearly, and are excited to develop your career as a social media expert.

This is a hybrid role, so you will have the flexibility to work remotely while staying closely connected to the team. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy focused on building the personal brand, driving follower growth, and growing our email subscriber list across platforms
  • Own the content calendar and bring it to life consistently across all active platforms, including working directly with Coach Joe to capture and post Story content
  • Produce polished, on-brand assets, Reels, and social content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, and CapCut
  • Maintain a sharp eye for brand aesthetics, where grid cohesion, color consistency, typography, and motion all matter, and brand standards are non-negotiable
  • Write captions that are engaging, on-voice, and consistent across every platform, and take pride in protecting our tone of voice as a creative standard
  • Use ManyChat strategically to spark engagement, grow our email list, and support product sales
  • Test and iterate on content formats based on performance data, and stay ahead of algorithm shifts, short-form video trends, and emerging platform features
  • Keep a close eye on comments, DMs, and mentions, and partner with Customer Support to make sure our audience always feels heard and taken care of

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years managing social media for personal brands, coaching brands, or eCommerce companies
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram and ManyChat, and how to use both to drive real business results
  • Proven track record of growing social media audiences, ideally to 100k followers or more
  • A natural eye for short-form video and a knack for creating content that stops the scroll
  • Genuine enjoyment of community engagement and the day-to-day interactions that build a loyal audience
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms
  • Equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor
  • Self-directed and energized by having ownership over your work
