This creates a close-knit, community-oriented environment where you'll often share common areas and sometimes bedrooms. Collaboration is key, as you'll likely work and live alongside your teammates, fostering strong relationships but also requiring good communication and respect for shared spaces. The experience offers a unique blend of work and social interaction, and can be a great way to build connections while saving on living expenses.
