The Greer Group is hiring a Scheduler for our client located in Fuquay Varina, NC! This is a great opportunity to grow with a company and excel.
Position type: Temp to hireSalary: 40, 000-50, 000Hours: Monday-Friday 8: 30am-5: 00pm
Job Duties:
  • This job will consist of answering messages from the builders in the filed, subcontractors and employees.
  • Coordinating the daily schedule for production/jobs and keeping the owner up to date on changes or request.
  • Assisting the owner via text and phone with general scheduling questions and answers.
  • Creating a timeline of start of project, with projected dates on completion for contractors.
  • Rounding up job documents that would be needed (plans and/or quotes) that have been sent over.
  • Creating and filing billing sheets on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, as well as handling last minute schedule changes.
  • Monitor job progress, and adjust schedules as needed through out the day.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in the concrete/construction work.
  • Must have 2-3 years of scheduling experience.
  • 2-3 years in Excel, and Microsoft suite.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • This is a dog friendly office.
