As a Student Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for recruitment within our internship program. You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals for candidates, conduct prescreens and interviews, write employment offers, coordinate reference checks and other pre-employment tasks as necessary. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.

What it takes:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and 2+ years of student recruitment experience or combination of both
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
