Title: Associate Recruiter

We're expanding our team of recruiters across life sciences, banking, finance, regulatory, insurance, and legal. This role is built for professionals with corporate experience who are looking to transition into a high-earning, relationship-driven sales career. You'll begin by supporting experienced recruiters, focusing on sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for active roles, with the opportunity to grow into a full 360 consultant position over time.


Our structured and intensive training program is designed to translate your existing business acumen into recruitment expertise, giving you the tools to hit the ground running in a new industry.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with senior headhunters and business developers to identify and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates across specialized markets.
  • Leverage your professional communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Support business development activity, including outreach, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
