We are seeking a Copper Pipefitter to join our growing team. This position focuses on installing refrigeration piping systems in supermarket and convenience store environments. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely and efficiently, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
โ€ข Install, measure, cut, fit, and braze copper piping for refrigeration systems.
โ€ข Understand refrigerant flow and piping layouts to ensure proper system operation.
โ€ข Install pipe insulation and related materials as required.
โ€ข Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules.
โ€ข Safely operate hand and power tools used in pipefitting and brazing.
โ€ข Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and established safety procedures.
โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
โ€ข Work collaboratively with project managers, foremen, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned.
โ€ข This position is safety sensitive.
Qualifications
โ€ข Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
โ€ข Previous experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration piping, pipefitting, or a related trade is preferred.
โ€ข Journeyman Pipefitter or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
โ€ข Experience with copper pipe installation and brazing techniques.
โ€ข Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
โ€ข OSHA 10 certification is preferred and required after hire if not currently held.
โ€ข Valid Class E driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
โ€ข Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position, including climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
โ€ข Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
