Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Validate reporting on loading discrepancies, damages, aging, cycle counts and inventory adjustment requests
- Manage and track inventory claims to 3PL, vendors, and company write-off’s
- Process inventory adjustments in SAP in a timely manner, ensuring the correct movement types are used
- Follow up, review, and confirm claim status/results from 3PL & vendors
- Process PO corrections in SAP
- Partner with IKAM’s to process off-loads
- Partner with IT on process to improve data flow between 3PL and HAI
- Develop analysis and reporting of key performance inventory metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards
