Role summary

This position is ideal for clinically trained dental professionals to join the SG+ Clinical team as a Senior ClinCheck Excellence Specialist, driving clinical excellence through in-house ClinCheck modification support and treatment planning quality across the SG+ markets (SG,MY,PH,ID)

Partnering with Clinical, Sales, and Clinical Education teams, you'll provide treatment planning guidance, case support, and clinical insights to enhance provider confidence, improve treatment outcomes, and strengthen customer experience.

This role is critical in scaling high-quality clinical support and ensuring consistent execution of Invisalign ClinCheck Excellence (ICE) across the region, directly impacting provider success and market growth.  The role is based in Malaysia.

In this role, you will... 

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

Deliver Results
  • Support clinical support, clinical education team and sales team to achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Clinical Plans and clinical/ market target. 
  • Responsible for the working with assigned accounts and team within the assigned territory, including direction, motivation and development of clinical plans, targets, strategies and the removal of obstacles to success such as assisting dental professionals in case assessment/case evaluation, prescription, record taking, guidance in ClinCheck modification, troubleshooting problems and aligner issues for customers who need assistance; transferring cases that need expert advice to clinical consultants; preparing clinical materials to send to dental professionals; communicating with Align on various clinical support issues; providing clinical training to new staff
  • Hold accountable and responsible for Invisalign Clincheck Excellence (ICE) which include reviewing and modifying Clinchecks for customers who need assistance
  • Conduct clinical training that have been assigned 
  • Provide all appropriate reporting to manager including feedback from customers on a weekly and monthly report
  • Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team
  • Work on other projects assigned by the manager and company 
What we're looking for

  • Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), or equivalent clinical qualification. 
  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally with exposure to digital orthodontics or corporate clinical environments. 
  • Skills:
     
    • Strong knowledge in orthodontics and digital treatment planning (ClinCheck) 
    • Ability to perform case evaluation, modification, and clinical troubleshooting 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities  
  • Communication:
     
    • Effective communication and presentation skills
    •  Ability to engage with providers and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally
  • Teamwork:
     
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
    •  Strong stakeholder management and teamwork mindset 

  • Work Schedule / Hours
     
    • Regular business hours.  Some outside hours in evenings and weekends, and travelling may be required from time to time
