Indigo Compass is a strategic advisory firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, that works with global insurance, shipping, and finance companies in ASEAN. We are currently seeking a motivated and focused analyst who can derive meaningful insights from data, political events, and policy changes. We are not only interested in US-ASEAN and China-ASEAN trade, but also trade within ASEAN and with Japan, Korea, India, and Australia. However, this role would primarily focus on US-ASEAN trade affairs, including the political, economic, cultural, and diplomatic changes that have happened or may happen as a result of America's new tariff policies. Please submit resumes to Indigo Compass was initially founded in 1994 in Tokyo, Japan to provide trade policy analysis for Japanese banks and conglomerates active in Malaysia. After closing for a period after 2008, Indigo Compass was reopened in 2022 and redomiciled in Malaysia in 2026.
