Engagement & Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused professionals to join our Operations team as Engagement & Talent Acquisition Interns. In this role, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for professionals within our talent network, helping candidates maximize their opportunities by guiding them through profile completion, platform engagement, and employer readiness.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer success, and operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outreach through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and SMS.
  • Re-engage professionals within our talent network and encourage active platform participation.
  • Assist candidates in completing and improving their profiles.
  • Guide users in adding relevant work experience, skills, and professional preferences.
  • Ensure profiles meet quality standards and are employer-ready.
  • Educate candidates on the benefits of introductory video submissions.
  • Encourage and support candidates through the video recording process.
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the platform.
  • Answer candidate questions and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and interaction notes.
  • Ensure database information remains current and organized.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with people through multiple communication channels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
