Located in Oregon City, OR
Pay: $18
Job Full Description
We are hiring a full-time office assistant.
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18
In office work environment working with a dynamic, fun, high energy team on a mission to help as many people in the Oregon City, Clackamas, Milwaukie, Gladstone area as possible.
The ideal candidate is excited to work and has a desire to help others and do their job well. We have a driven and collaborative team that likes to learn and grow within your job. Having a positive attitude and high energy is essential.
Within this role you will be asked to do the following, but not limited to:
  • Answering phones promptly and professionally
  • Providing superior service to individuals on the phone and in person
  • Greeting employees and ensuring a smooth hire-to-work process
  • Answering basic questions brought by employees and clients
  • Posting job opportunities online
  • Following up with clients, associates and internal team members as directed
  • Data entry: fast paced and accuracy are critical
  • Filing
  • Database management
  • Auditing for accuracy and completeness of files
  • Assisting applicants with the interview process
  • Administering testing and follow up evaluations as needed
  • You will be required to work with urgency with a very high level of attention to detail

A combination of experience within any of the following fields is desired; Human Resources, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Social Media, or Customer service is desired.
