Job Description Senior Software Developer Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong Java development skills and hands-on experience building real-time data streaming solutions in cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise with technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with experience supporting production systems. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications and services.

Design and implement event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming pipelines. Build, configure, monitor, and optimize Kafka-based streaming solutions. Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using GCP services such as Dataflow, BigQuery, GKE, and Cloud Storage.

Use Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform to support cloud deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance problems, and system incidents. Participate in ongoing production and platform support activities.

Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of software development experience, preferably in a senior-level role. Strong proficiency in Java and backend application development.

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and real-time data streaming. Experience with Apache Flink or similar stream-processing technologies. Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience with cloud services such as Dataflow, BigQuery, GKE, and Cloud Storage. Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools. Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing event-driven and distributed architectures. Experience with Kafka cluster configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
