Job Description:
The Circuit Board Assembler will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment used in printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards while maintaining efficient production flow.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up machines for scheduled jobs, including loading feeders, materials, and programs.
  • Verify proper machine calibration and ensure solder paste and components are correctly applied.
  • Perform visual and automated inspections to confirm assembly quality.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance or engineering teams for repairs.
  • Record production data, part counts, and quality metrics in accordance with TSI’s documentation procedures.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company quality control standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 30pds
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel Reports
