The Role
Have a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you'll support Fidelity's customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. Supercharge your early planning and advice career at Fidelity and prepare for a future as the face of our Investor Centers, with paid training to help you:
  • Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) by earning your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses-fully sponsored by Fidelity. You'll receive paid study time 4 days a week, licensing coaches, structured study plans, and dedicated support to help you succeed. This role requires successful completion of all exams.
  • Build and Solidify Skills: You'll continue working 4 days remotely and 1 day on-site, supporting customers with increasing complexity to strengthen your skills. You'll also have dedicated weekly time for development, networking, and training. After completing the program, you'll transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role, with the possibility of spending additional time remotely supporting inbound customers based on business needs before that move.
  • Discover Success: You'll gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning.

During your onboarding experience, you'll support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you'll transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
