Job description

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

1. Provides support for searching for records, indexing, and application decommissioning forms
2. Review, assess, and analyze records and Improve document management and storage systems.
3. Specialization in complex records analyses.
4. Stores records consistent with standard records management principles and in compliance with company policy
5. Offers a service to perform the digitization and destruction of physical records
6. For Records Management ensure Confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT services. Compliance with Information Protection requirements. 
7. Lifecycle Management of records in support of information retention policy.
8. All confidential information is restricted from others that are not working in the information centers for Access Management.                                                                                                                                                                                 
9. Manage and maintain records service costs.                                                                                                              10. Manage the lifecycle of all service and/or work requests for offsite and onsite Records Services.
11. Identify classified documents so appropriate security of files can be implemented. 
12. Maintain updated list of those authorized to receive classified files and notify Information; Management of any changes.

13. Implement digitization strategy to stop accepting physical records according to policies.
14. File room activities to ensure complete maintenance as per guidelines

5. English language skills including strong verbal and written communication skills required for all levels of stakeholders. Strong understanding of the North American and European cultures, slang, brands, and current events. 
6. Must be well-organized with strong attention to detail; Strong documentation skills to be utilized for case management, knowledge capture, bug management and training

8. Must be comfortable working in file room environment and able to lift ~25 to 30 lbs of weight.

Other Requirements

1. Professional with experience in Records Management.  
2. Experience with Excel and Outlook and Microsoft suite of standard programs. 
3. Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Records Management.
