Title: Infor Workbrain (Infor WFM) Analyst

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infor Workbrain (Infor WFM) Analyst to support, administer, and optimize the Infor Workforce Management platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate timekeeping, scheduling, payroll processing, compliance, and workforce management operations. This role is responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Administer and support Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain).
Configure and maintain time & attendance, scheduling, pay rules, accruals, and absence management.
Troubleshoot payroll, scheduling, and employee timekeeping issues.
Manage system enhancements, testing, upgrades, and releases.
Develop reports and support workforce planning and labor forecasting.
Maintain integrations between Workbrain, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.
Gather business requirements and recommend system solutions.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Requirements:
5+ years of Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain) experience.
Strong knowledge of workforce management, payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping processes.
Experience configuring pay rules, attendance policies, accruals, and schedules.
Strong understanding of FLSA regulations, including Weighted Average and Rate-in-Effect calculations.
Experience supporting system integrations and interface troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
