Job description

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounts Payable to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process full cycle accounts payable activities including review of invoices and related documents for accuracy.

  • Prepare information for year end reporting and support tasks related to required tax forms.

  • Manage a high volume of weekly invoices and ensure timely entry and payment processing.

  • Maintain organized records and assist with resolving questions related to vendor accounts.

  • Use accounting systems such as Sage Intacct to support daily accounts payable functions.

Requirements:

  • Bring strong Excel skills and use functions that support review and accuracy of financial data.

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage a consistent workload with attention to detail and timely completion.
