Facilities Coordinator - JLL

What this job involves:

This is a Facilities Coordinator role supporting JLL Operations Team. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless facility service delivery. Remotely based in Eastern or Central Time zones and reporting to the Facility Manager, you will drive operational excellence by managing work orders, coordinating service activities, and promoting high levels of client satisfaction. This role contributes directly to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional facility management solutions while supporting our clients' evolving needs.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage the Work Order System end-to-end, including initiating service requests, analyzing duplicate requests, and ensuring timely completion in compliance with SLAs
  • Monitor work orders dispatched to suppliers and follow up with service providers to ensure improvement, resolution, and adherence to performance standards
  • Coordinate and schedule service activities at Postal Service sites with minimal disruption to client operations
  • Provide direction and information to vendors, account teams, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate, timely updates to all systems data supporting account processes, procedures, and metrics
  • Manage critical issues with a zero-target approach for controllable incidents and missed services caused by vendors
  • Support vendor quality assurance efforts and facilitate performance discussions to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in delivery and management of Facility Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of "Corrigo" Work Order system
  • Experience with vendor management and quality assurance processes
  • Familiarity with service level agreement (SLA) management
  • Experience supporting large-scale facility operations
  • Background in client-facing roles within facility management

Location:Remote (Eastern or Central Time zones)

Salary Range:$21.63 to $26.44 per hour. This is a full-time position.

Estimated compensation for this position:

45,000.00 - 55,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
