If you want to have a hands-on highly impactful role, we want you to join our team as CRM Developer. This is a full-time position based in in our office in Woodridge, IL located just outside of Chicago.

Primary Function:

The CRM Developer is a techno functional role responsible for the administration, analysis, customization/development and user support for Microsoft’s D365 CE/CRM. The role will work with all levels of management and process owners (Sales, Customer Service, Graphics & Marketing) to manage strategic and operational aspects of CRM with a focus on system administration & configuration, customization, and technical issue resolution.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead solution design, customization/development, configuration and testing for enhancements, automations and new functionality as it relates to Dynamics 365 CRM and other Microsoft ecosystem integrated applications (Azure, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, etc.).
  • Manage security roles, user permissions, system updates and workflows.
  • Build or modify model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
  • Integrate D365 CE with third party software’s or ERP’s using REST API’s, Azure functions, Web services and iPaaS solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration, best-in-class performance, and efficient data flow across systems.
  • Handle solution deployments and environment migrations or promotions.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all solution architecture design work.
  • Partner with third party developers to understand our customizations and own them.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance application functionality and user experience.
  • Assist the business with validating results through testing including integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date design and technical documentation.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving level 1 and level 2 support in a timely manner via IT help-desk system.
  • Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on CRM usage including training, when required.
  • Design and generate reports that support better decision-making using Power BI.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience as an application lead & developer for Microsoft D365 CRM.
  • Must have good techno-functional knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience in Development/Support/Implementation projects
  • Demonstrated full-life cycle CRM implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Power automate, Power Apps, & module driven apps with custom workflow development & Power BI reporting.
  • Experience with data migration and integration mappings.
  • Demonstrated experience with Integration platform as a service tool (iPaas) – Celigo or Jitterbit or Mulesoft or Boomi, a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with database query language (eg. MS SQL), and reporting / automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate).

Physical Requirements of the Job

  • Office environment; must be able to perform frequent repetitive tasks, and be able to sit or stand at and operate a computer for up to 80% of the day.
