We design engagement rings and fine jewelry in-house while curating collections from some of the industry's most sought-after designers, including Anita Ko, Brent Neale, Kwiat, Melissa Kaye, Marla Aaron.We're a small, collaborative team that loves beautiful jewelry, exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our clients. We are looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator, who is organized, proactive, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothy. This is our behind-the-scenes engine that supports our sales team and ensures an exceptional client experience. This role is responsible for online order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory movement, repair coordination, and operational support so our sales associates can focus on building client relationships and selling.This is an on-site position based at our 40 Waltham St., Boston location, and the work week is Tuesday – Saturday.  Primary ResponsibilitiesSales SupportSupports the sales team with day-to-day operational needs.Assist with customer inquiries regarding online orders, shipping, repairs, exchanges, and pickups.Helps create a consistently warm, welcoming experience for every client - in store, phone or email.Online Orders & FulfillmentProcess and fulfill all online orders accurately and efficiently.Package every shipment to reflect Flynn's luxury client experience.Coordinate shipping, tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmations.Operations Support & Vendor CoordinationReceive incoming merchandise from designers and vendors. Process & tag new inventory into our systems.Coordinate inventory transfers and keep track of RTVs for accountingRepairs & Customer CommunicationCoordinate repair intake and customer pickups.Help sales communicate repair updates and timelines to clients.Track repairs from intake through completion.General Store SupportHelp set up store in mornings and in evenings.Maintain an organized back-of-house workspace.Assist with gift wrapping and client presentation.About You:  You are someone who loves creating order, enjoys solving problems, and finds satisfaction in making sure every detail is handled beautifully. You enjoy working closely with every department in the company and play a key role in supporting our clients, our sales team, and the overall success of our business. You possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication skills, a friendly, positive, and professional and customer-focused demeanor, skills in multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment and demonstrated self-motivation and ability to prioritize independently. Prior luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, or hospitality experience is preferred. Ability to lift and move shipping boxes and inventory as needed is required.Our ideal candidate loves organization, enjoys checking things off a list, communicates clearly both verbally and in writing, and takes pride in making sure no detail is overlooked.
