Job description

Jesuit Dallas is seeking a qualified and passionate educator to teach in a Catholic all-male setting. This teacher will be expected to:
  • Form and educate young men to be open to growth, intellectually competent, loving, religious, committed to working for justice and physically fit.
  • Teach five sections
  • Work collaboratively with all members of their academic department and serve as a contributing member on course level teams.
  • Participate in all departmental and school-wide faculty formation.
  • Participate in student-centered co-curricular, extra-curricular, service, and/or retreat opportunities.

Qualifications
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree; advanced degree and teaching experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Works in fast-paced environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contact;
  • May work at a desk and computer for an extended period of time;
  • Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
