Ready to shape the future of laundry logistics? Futurail is the ultimate sorting, storage, and transport system for heavyโ€‘duty laundries, seamlessly navigating soiled and clean linen through every stage of the process. Think of it as the GPS of industrial laundries โ€” powered by gravity and, more importantly, by cuttingโ€‘edge technology!

At the core of Futurail lies a cuttingโ€‘edge, modular laundry rail system, which is expertly designed to sort and transport large volumes of laundry with unparalleled efficiency. This system seamlessly merges timeโ€‘tested standard components with tailorโ€‘made solutions, catering to the unique needs of each customer. Our approach guarantees exceptional efficiency and reliability across hospitality, healthcare, and industrial linen services. Celebrated for our relentless pursuit of innovation and unmatched excellence, Futurail is constantly advancing, setting new standards to maximize value for our clients.

Ready to join a team that is constantly moving forward? We are currently seeking a motivated System Sales Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll design and quote laundry system layouts, serving as the essential link between our sales team and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on proposal development, project design and management, and ensuring seamless transitions from the sales phase to the end customer's installation of OEM equipment. You will report to JENSEN USA (part of the JENSEN-GROUP), the manufacturer of Futurail systems located in Florida. Here, you will find an innovative, collaborative, and a wonderful work environment. We value teamwork and knowledgeโ€‘sharing โ€” if that excites you, youโ€™ll love it here!

What you can expect
  • A rewarding position: You will handle proposal design and development for Futurail systems around the world.
  • Designing the future: You will design rail system layouts and develop quotations for automated industrial laundry systems. This will involve putting your AutoCAD skills to the test, generating costing/pricing, and preparing proposals to ensure our sales staff stay informed of product offerings and innovations included within the sales proposal.
  • Product specialist: You will be considered a product specialist for the Futurail product line in an everโ€‘growing JENSEN portfolio. This will include creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations of designed systems and exciting our sales staff about new product innovations developed by our inโ€‘house software, controls, and mechanical engineering departments.
  • Great interactions: You will engage with potential customers to collect any additional information necessary for a comprehensive system proposal. This could mean conducting site surveys, which would involve measuring buildings.
  • Promoting the brand: Hold remote or inโ€‘person project presentations with internal sales staff and external customers to promote the exciting project proposals and innovations developed for Futurail material handling systems.
  • Become a goโ€‘to person: You will act as the technical expert on specific software products and their application within the laundry industry.
  • Professional Multiโ€‘tasker: Manage multiple complex projects from the sales phase until the complete startup, installation, and handโ€‘over to the end customer.
  • Work hard, play hard: At JENSEN, we develop and produce systems and machines for industrial laundries worldwide. We are a fastโ€‘moving company in rapid development, with a creative and dynamic team of dedicated employees. Every department works as a team, where every idea is taken seriously, and everyone is treated equally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What we would like you to bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical).
  • 1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proven experience with design, project management, and customer relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to present productโ€‘specific marketing material to internal customers, as well as proposed designs to external customers.
  • Proven project management from inception through to customer handover and system startup.
  • Experience in the industrial laundry industry is a plus.

Joining JENSEN USA means becoming part of a team dedicated to excellence and innovation in the industrial laundry sector. We offer a dynamic work environment where your contributions will directly impact our success.

We look forward to welcoming a new member to our team who shares our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. Please send your interest or resume to hr-us@jensen-group.com
