Job Description
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft technologies solutions;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server;
• Develop and maintain coding standards, best practices, and documentation for Microsoft technologies projects;
• Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met on time and within budget;
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality solutions;
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Microsoft technologies;
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development process to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
80,000 to 100,000 USD
