Job description

Expectations
  • develop/extend Lambda/Spring RESTful microservices
  • create/modify CI pipelines for work to be delivered, including any necessary IaC
  • work closely with BSAs/QEs during design/dev/test to iterate quickly to deliver business value within 2-week sprints

Tooling/Skills:
  • Development experience using languages/frameworks such as: JAVA, Python, Spring
  • Cloud (AWS) development knowledge expected, with recent practical usage including: Lambda, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, Containers (Docker/Kubernetes/EKS), Secrets Management, IaC (Terraform)
  • Integration experience using RESTful APIs in a broad enterprise landscape including platforms such as: SAP PO/Hana Cloud Platform, Fusion/Informatica, OpenText MFT/Axway, OpenText GXS
  • CI/CD framework knowledge required, with pipeline build/config knowledge in: Jenkins/Cloudbees
  • Ops knowledge of tooling/config in: CloudWatch/Splunk, New Relic

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant subject area(s) preferred
  • 5+ years of application development experience
  • 2+ years of cloud engineering experience
  • Comfortable working within the Agile/SAFe construct
