Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is a company that promotes and supports a diverse workforce across all levels. They are seeking an L2 Production Support Engineer who will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, providing immediate fixes, and supporting the design and development of IBM BPM applications.
Responsibilities:
• Having good knowledge on IBM BPM / BAW latest and legacy versions
• Able to troubleshoot production issue and provide immediate fixes
• Hands on experience with design and development of IBM BPM applications
• Hands on experience on Rest and SOAP based api in BPM and Java
• Should have good understanding of Java application and its integration with IBM BPM
• Should know CSHS , HSS , Coach , Coach Views , UCA , BPDS , External Services etc
• Should Have good knowledge in production support , checking logs and debugging client side and server side services
• Should know timer , messaging evets , team filter services , Process Admin , snapshot clean up , BPM rest apis , Event Manager etc
