Job Title: Java Production Support Engineer

Location: Phoenix, Az 85054 (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ months

Must Have Skills and JD

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications, including incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Analyze application logs, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in application deployments, releases, patching activities, and post-deployment validations.
  • Monitor application health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.
  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and distributed systems.
  • Develop automation scripts using Shell/Python to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, security, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
