Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst for a 3- month hybrid contract-to-hire position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour W2 The selected candidate will provide development and production support as a member of a technology team. Operating within a Kanban-based environment, this role is responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations, developing a strong understanding of the team's applications and integrations, and ensuring the effective use of technology solutions that deliver business value.

The individual will participate in issue triage and root cause analysis, contribute to both technical and operational discussions, and partner closely with technology leads on the design, development, and implementation of batch and API integrations. Requirements: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated willingness to train, mentor, and support team members and business partners Proven ability to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation Ability to participate in on-call support rotation Availability to respond to critical production issues during off-hours, including overnight support when required Willingness to support weekend deployments and post-deployment validations as needed Experience in supporting APIs and Pub/Sub event driven architecture Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain a high level of attention to detail Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Experience with SQL, .NET, or comparable development technologies, along with incident management support, ETL/Datastage and Zena Experience supporting or implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations Demonstrated initiative and interest in learning new systems, applications, technologies, and business domains Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, vendor, and business teams Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully within a dynamic, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience SQL queries experience Incident Management Support exp Desired skills: Experience within the banking or financial services domain Familiarity with REST API methodologies within a Java Spring Boot environment Java Spring Boot Exp ETL process or datastage process knowledge Zena API knowledge Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
