Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), PostgreSQL, and Retail Commerce/eCommerce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on technical background along with proven experience leading offshore development teams, collaborating with client stakeholders, and driving technical solutions from requirements through production deployment.
This role requires a combination of technical leadership, architecture skills, team management, client communication, and hands-on development expertise in cloud-native enterprise applications.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on coding expertise.
  • 4+ years of experience leading development teams.
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native application architecture.
